Our default is a warm wash using our Natural detergent. Please let us know if you have different preferences.
Tumble dry
We machine dry your clothes: no longer damp, but not overcooked.
Expert fold
This is where we shine...
Drawer-ready bundles, grouped by garment type and size, folded neatly and uniformly for easy unloading.
2 Day Turnaround
Rush fees available for same-day and next-day orders.

Common Q's
Do you wash orders together?
We never launder your order with others. That's unsanitary and would make it impossible for us to make sure everyone gets their laundry back.
Can you hang & flat dry?
All of our orders are machine tumble-dried: no longer damp, but not cooked to oblivion.
If you have clothes that need special drying, please consider washing at home or Dry Cleaning, if appropriate.
What can you wash & fold?
Our Wash & Fold is best used for day to day clothing, active wear, towels, and bed sheets. Things that can be machine washed and tumble dried.
If you have specific delicates or formal wear (suits, dresses, lingerie), please see our Dry Cleaning.
How do you handle privacy?
Your clothes are very personal. Intimate, even. That's why we take care to protect your personal information. When orders are anywhere near the public eye, we use tags with anonymized order numbers. Your name and contact details are never exposed.
Options and Pricing
We offer two Wash & Fold Service options to suit your needs.

There is room for customization with each option, but please be sure to read our Terms for Wash & Fold Services before submitting an order with us. You have some responsibilities for your laundry's well-being as well!
Standard
Wash & Fold
$2.00 /lb
Basic service to "get it done" when you don't have special requests. Great value for simple laundry needs.
Sorting
No sorting, we do a quick check of pockets then send things in for the wash.
Stain Treatment
No stain treatment (see Premium for that). We can add bleach at your request, if it's all whites.
Wash Temperature
Our default is warm wash, but you can pick cold/warm/hot as your temperature for the order.

Dryer Method
Warm dry in the machine, to protect your clothes.
Bounce sheets are default, but are optional if you'd prefer not to use them, or have sensitive skin.
Folding & Packaging
Folded drawer-ready: our attempt to keep each house member's stuff together, and clothing items of similar type ready to put back in your drawers, saving you time.
Premium
Wash & Fold

Our option for when you need more attention to detail with your laundry.
Sorting
We'll sort lights and darks to be washed separately.
Stain Treatment
Items are reviewed for spot treatment before washing. We don't know what the stain is, or how long it's been there, so we don't make promises other than an attempt to pre-treat. If you'd like more specific work done on a piece, please submit it for Dry Cleaning.
Wash Temperature
Our default is cold wash, but you can pick your temperature for lights and for darks.

Folding & Packaging
Folded drawer-ready: our attempt to keep each house member's stuff together, and clothing items of similar type ready to put back in your drawers, saving you time. We add a lavender touch to all Premium orders by default: a soothing but light and all-natural scent.
Bulky Items
We can clean specialty individual items like blankets, comforters, sleeping bags, and more.
These items are priced on a per-item basis and range from $20-50/item. Please ask our team for details.
