Regular / Weekly
Laundry piles up fast! Let us keep it from taking over your life. With a regular pick up, you'll always have fresh clothes without the hassle.
Bulk Items
Some items are too big for your home machine, or require specialty experience. We've got you on both fronts... Comforters, duvets, sleeping bags - we've got something for that.
Catching Up
Fell behind after a hectic couple weeks or vacation? You probably have a million other things on your plate, too... Let's at least make the laundry disappear.
Kids Clothes
If you're reading this, you already know the pain is real. Kids clothes pile up faster than yours, need gentle laundry products, and take forever to fold. This isn't our first rodeo, let us take the lead.
Just NO diapers please!
Linens Only
Family coming over? Don't like folding fitted sheets?
Some people prefer to send just their sheets and towels to us.
How to Prepare for Pick Up

Bag Your Laundry
Put your laundry into disposable garbage bags for your first pick up.
IMPORTANT: LABELING
Please clearly label bags with "bulk", "Basic", or "Premium" so we know how to process each.
You can always order reusable, heavy-duty bags for future orders. We'll wash them each time they come in!

Schedule a PIck Up
Create an account and schedule your first pick up.
Set your preferences for your order, so we get it just right!
Leave instructions for our driver, if you plan to leave it somewhere discrete (e.g. around the side of the house)
You'll need to let us know how many Wash & Fold bags and the number of bulk items we can expect, to make sure we get it all.

Put Bag(s) Out
On your Pick Up day, during the window you selected, make sure to have your bags out.
For apartments or houses with high traffic where you don't want to leave out laundry, you will want to be available so our driver can contact you upon arrival for a hand off.
Missed Pick Ups
You'll get an alert when the driver is on their way, and we'll call you when we arrive if we can't find your laundry. Drivers will wait a maximum of 5 minutes before moving on and you will be charged the a $9.99 Missed Pick Up Fee.
Life happens... You can cancel up to 6 hours before your scheduled pick up window with no penalty.
