You can schedule a pick up through our website or by downloading the app. We can also help you schedule over the phone if you call in during our Service Centre hours. Please note that a valid credit card is required for all Laundry Delivery Service orders.

It will depend on what you pick for a return delivery date in the scheduling tool, but turnarounds for pickup and delivery can be as quick as two days. As we expand the service, we will have even quicker turnarounds available.

You can submit any amount of laundry, but we charge a minimum order fee depending on your location, regardless of what you're sending in. Wash & Fold orders (by weight) are subject to a minimum charge of 10lbs, even if you send in 5lbs. Bulk items are charged by the piece. Nope! Just leave your laundry in the designated spot (you can leave us notes), and we'll handle the rest. When we deliver, you'll get a notification for confirmation. You can have us leave it somewhere discrete like in your garage or around the side, out of sight.

The easiest thing to do is to seal it up in garbage bags for your first order. We'll return things to you in plastic bags, but we also have reusable heavy duty laundry bags you can purchase that will get washed with your load.

You can set your preferences when setting up your account. Things like detergent type, dryer sheets, wash temperatures, and dry temperatures. Sorry, no hang dry options yet! For delicates and formalwear, we recommend Dry Cleaning which is coming soon for pick up and delivery.

We take the utmost care, but if an issue arises, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right. You can read our full Terms of Service here for more details.

Everyday clothing, activewear, towels, and bed linens are perfect for this service. Bulk items like outerwear, comforters & duvets, or sleeping bags will get charged at an individual piece rate. We may reject orders or specific items that include formal attire, fur, leather, wool, feather, silk items, curtains, rugs, mats, pet beds, comforters, pillows, duvets, or contaminated items. For special garments, formalwear, and delicates, we recommend using our eco-friendly Dry Cleaning services.

Never. Each order is processed separately to ensure the right items get back to your drawers. Discretion is important here. Your order is tagged with your order number and stripped of any identifying information until it is packaged and ready to return to you.

We currently offer two detergent options: Natural (enzyme detergent, no synthetic dyes and scents, no optical brighteners, natural light scent)... Best for sensitive skin and hypoallergenic folks. Power Wash (oxi-powered stain and scent fighting, fresh scent)... Best for the most thorough clean. You can choose other options like softener, dryer sheets, and our Lavender Touch as part of your preferences.

With our Premium service, we pre-treat stains and add non-chlorinated bleach (Oxi) to each load. While we can't guarantee complete removal, it certainly helps! If you have specific, stubborn stains you'd like to get removed, please try our eco-friendly Dry Cleaning service.

We use appropriate settings and experience to minimize any shrinking, but it is common for clothing that is not made with pre-shrunk fabric to experience some shrinkage. It is your responsibility to make sure everything you're submitting in your order can be machine washed and tumble dried as per the order's selected preferences (we can dry on Low with Premium orders, and hang dry options are coming soon). We do not check individual item care labels, unless you're sending through for individual Bulk Items or Dry Cleaning.

Our standard turnaround is two days and we often get ahead on orders and will let you know if we're done early. If you need something quicker, we can expedite for a rush fee, and only in-store. Please speak with our team to ensure we have capacity.

Items are folded consistently across our team members, and neatly grouped into stacks of similar item types for a quick and easy unload when you get home. Our signature Drawer-Ready packing is a big reason our customers love the service!

If it's your first time, we recommend using garbage bags or if you do have washable laundry bags, we'll include those in the wash and return them to you cleaned. We also have reusable, heavy-duty Roundabout Laundry bags available for sale. These make it easier to transport our smaller, drawer-ready stacks.
